For $2,800,000, you can live in this slice of heaven, located in Byron Bay, Australia (via desire to inspire). The beautiful, minimalist decor takes a backseat to the natural surroundings of the home. Prepare to be blown away by the awe-inspiring scenery that is Australia.

That's a backyard you can be proud of.

It's not quite a hotel-like paradise until you have a nice pool accompanied by a jacuzzi.

Love the clean, light hardwood floors. I spy the Aldo Dining chairs' cousin.

This house would be the ultimate dinner party space. When you have a backyard like that, you need the big, tall windows that connects the interior with the outdoor space.

If you get the right size pendant light, you only need one above your kitchen island. I love the clean backsplash.

I wish I had the budget for those kitchen cabinets. Probably one barstool too many.

Nice, rich tones in the wood planks.

The front yard is not too shabby either.

Russian Hill Apartment Interior in San Francisco

This remodel project for an apartment in San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood was done by Zack|de Vito Achitecture (via Contemporist). The 3,400 square feet apartment houses several great contemporary art pieces.

Museum-style contemporary art and a bench with the antique statue in the background.

Statues are plentiful with the art hanging in a warm, grey space.

Th red artwork makes a huge impact amongst all the warm tones.

Nice, clean kitchen design.

Great natural light. It's always nice to wake up to it in the morning.

Be very still when taking a bath with that shallow depth.

The stainless steel canopy bed is beautiful. Reminds me of the Clark Canopy bed, which we can no longer order.

Audrey Hepburn will always be in fashion!

Very clean sofa lines. The two tone wall color, with the blue on brown, is a timeless color combination.

It's always nice when you have extra square footage. The less clutter the better in most instances.

The wallpaper is lovely.

The shell decorative pillows is always a High Fashion Home favorite.

The white dining set just pops against the neutral background.

When deciding on bathroom colors, it is always appropriate finding the most serene color for you aura.

Modern Farmhouse?

I was enamored with this beautiful, modern add-on to a very traditional Ireland farmhouse (via Contemporist). The design is so simple, yet so striking. The interior space is a very clean, loft layout. When I stayed in a English farmhouse two Christmases ago, it was nothing like this. Check out the minimalistic wonder below:

The juxtaposition of styles is so unusual, it actually works!

The vertical wood planks warms up the modern design to help it tie back into the farmhouse look.

Who says you can't use chesterfield style chairs in a contemporary setting.

Just a nice open space. You can cook in peace!

I like the wood decking leading back to the house.

Floor to ceiling glass peering out into nature. I dig it.

The illumination is stunning. The house was design by ODOS Architects.
